I. II. Process Flow: Installation Procedure: Drilling — Hole Cleaning — Insertion of Chemical Injection Tube — Drilling in the Bolt — Gelation Process — Hardening Process — Securing the Object
1. Drilling: First, determine the hole locations according to the design requirements, using the dimensions and edge distances specified in the drawings. Then, drill into the substrate, ensuring that the hole diameter and depth comply with the design specifications.
2. Hole Cleaning: Use an air‑pressure blow pipe or similar tools to remove loose dust and debris from the hole, ensuring it remains clean.
3. Insert the medicament tube: Insert the tube into a clean hole; use the tube only when, at room temperature, the resin flows like honey.
4. Drilling in the bolt: Use an electric drill to screw the anchor rod into the hole until the adhesive emerges. Typically, a hammer drill or a hand drill is used, with a drilling speed of 750 rpm. As the bolt is driven in, the adhesive cartridge ruptures, mixing the resin, hardener, and quartz particles, which then fill the voids between the anchor and the borehole wall. The anchor can also be installed in wet holes; however, the borehole must be drained, and the waiting time for gelation and curing must be doubled.
5. Gelation process: Ensure that the equipment remains stationary, and refer to the manufacturer’s specifications for the duration of the chemical reaction.
6. Curing Process: Remove the device and allow the agent to cure; the duration of the chemical reaction can also be found in the manufacturer’s specifications.

7. Securing the object: Once the adhesive has fully cured, secure the object by attaching a washer and a hex nut.
