To align with its new functional positioning, a biopharmaceutical park in the Jiangbei New Area has launched a comprehensive upgrade and renovation. Through systematic remodeling and structural reinforcement of a 31,000-square-meter space, the project aims to establish a core engine for biopharmaceutical R&D and innovation. During the renovation, Tianlixin leveraged its specialized reinforcement material system to provide critical technical support for the park’s strategic upgrade.

During the renovation, Tianlixin leveraged its specialized reinforcement material system to provide critical technical support for the park’s strategic upgrade.

　　To meet the heightened requirements for structural loads and safety performance imposed by the new functional zoning, the project employs high-performance materials such as Tianlixin steel‑bonding adhesive, carbon‑fiber fabric, and impregnated resin to reinforce critical components including floor slabs, beams, and columns. This technical solution substantially enhances the flexural and shear capacities of the members and improves joint‑level safety, thereby structurally ensuring both the feasibility and safety of the functional layout.

　　Through this reinforcement, the building’s overall load-bearing capacity and durability have been significantly enhanced, and its structural performance now fully aligns with the park’s new functional positioning, laying a solid foundation for the realization and long-term utilization of high‑standard R&D spaces.
